The MINI OPEN Cartesian palletiser is the entry-level model of the OMG Handling range. Extremely small and limited to essential dimensions, the device can be easily placed on any end of line and in environments with low ceilings. A solid steel structure guarantees such stability as to allow high speeds and positioning precision. Equipped with belt/pulley transmission and guides with recirculating ball slides, the MINI OPEN proves to be the most versatile and flexible system in the range of OMG Handling palletizers, as it can be customized quickly and easily. In addition to the Cartesian robot, the basic set-up includes a conveyor belt, positioning guides for the pallet, modular fences and a safety photoelectric barrier, while equipped with roller conveyors or platform warehouse, it transforms into an extremely compact palletizing system with high autonomy.
