This model of vacuum thermoforming machine is ideal for the production of thermoformed items starting from thermoplastic sheets. The machine can be supplied with manual or automatic sheet loading/unloading. It can also be supplied with preheating ovens. The movements can be implemented pneumatically, hydraulically, or with servomotors.

• Pyrometers both for sheet temperature control and for fan cooling control.
• Tool table moved pneumatically, hydraulically or by servomotor.
• Sheet clamping operated pneumatically, hydraulically or by servomotor.
• Plug assist moved pneumatically, hydraulically or by servomotor.
• Servo controlled valves on request for vacuum, demoulding, pre-blowing, material floating air available.
• Material cooling with fans with the possibility of using water spray (available) to speed up cooling.
• Cycle management through an industrial interactive screen which makes it easier for the operator to adjust and memorize the working parameters.
