Continuous thermoforming machine

This model of thermoforming machine is ideal for obtaining parts for Cooling Towers.

The peculiarities

• Self-loading reel holder for quick and easy loading even with large double reels.
• Film index by hook chains moved by servomotor.
• Preheating gripper system (optional) which ensures the transfer of even the hardest and/or thickest materials.
• Single resistance heating optimizing heat distribution with integrated diagnostics.
• Forming press with two independent mobile planes, moved by servomotors. The press can rotate 180° for quick mold replacement and simple maintenance.
• Transverse cut available in two configurations: fixed or mobile guillotine with flying cut for a length of the final piece that can be selected as desired.
• Longitudinal cut of the molded parts by cutter or discs.
• Presses positions using motorized actuators (for index coordination).
• Grinder can be supplied in line with the machine.
• Rolls preheating recommended for materials such as polypropylene.
• In-line extruder available for introducing the foil directly into the thermoforming machine.
• Cycle management through an industrial interactive screen which facilitates the operator to adjust and memorize the working parameters.
• Telediagnostics via Internet: thanks to the possibility of directly communicating with the system at a distance, O.M.G. I am always at the customer's side in managing the system.
