Thermoforming line for PVC wall panels model RVE_BK

A thermoforming line for wall panels including side cutting and PVC folding, is an advanced industrial plant that allows to produce complete, thermoformed, cut and folded wall panels from PVC sheets. This type of production line integrates several workstations to carry out all stages of the production process. The key steps in the process are listed below:

1. Material preparation: The PVC film in roll form is loaded into the production line on an unwinder. Materials in different sizes, thicknesses and colors can be used, according to the specifications of the wall panels to be produced.

5. Perpendicular Cutting: After thermoforming, the formed wall panels are transferred to a perpendicular cutting station. Here, the sizes and shapes of the wall panels are cut into complete panels of the desired length and side shape.
6. Side Cutting: After the perpendicular cut, the formed wall panels are transferred to a side cutting station. Here, the sizes and shapes of the wall panels are cut so as to fully absorb the wall panel from the side scrap by means of a pickup.
7. Bending Station: Completed wall panels are then moved by a vacuum cups pickup to a crease station, where they are shaped with useful edges for their final use.
8. Drilling of the slots: to ensure that the panels can be used in practice and be hung on supports, it is necessary to cut many slots on the upper side. This is done in an additional automatic station at the end of the machine.
9. Stacking and Quality Control: Each thermoformed, cut and folded wall panel is stacked and subjected to a visual quality control to ensure that it meets the required standards before being packaged or placed on the market.

This highly automated and specialized production line allows you to obtain complete and customized PVC wall panels with unique shapes and attractive designs.
